• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Relevant trade, vocational, equipment-specific, or safety certification will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance.

• Practical experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, equipment installation, and team supervision will be preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems, generators, HVAC units, and industrial machinery.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.

• Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Technician, Maintenance to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility systems. The incumbent will diagnose technical faults, carry out repairs and installations, minimize equipment downtime, guide junior technicians, and support engineers in improving overall maintenance efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical circuits, generators, welding machines, and other equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify potential faults.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, determine root causes, and restore operations within the shortest possible time.

• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, including work reports and service logs.

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.

• Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with procurement for necessary materials.

• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as required.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safe working conditions in maintenance and operational areas.

• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the line manager.
