• Strong understanding of architectural planning and building design.

• Good knowledge of working drawings and construction details.

• Understanding of building regulations, setbacks and authority requirements.

• Proficiency in relevant architectural design software.

• Strong design sense and attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Context

Rifat Haidar Building Consultant (RHBC) is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our professional design team. The selected candidate will be involved in architectural planning, design development, working drawings and coordination of building projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.

• Prepare architectural designs for residential, commercial and multi-storied buildings.

• Develop design solutions according to client requirements and project constraints.

• Prepare architectural working drawings and construction details.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical and plumbing designs.

• Review drawings and incorporate necessary design revisions.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers and project team members.

• Participate in site visits when required.

• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building codes and authority requirements.

• Maintain proper project documentation and drawing standards.
