Education:

·  B.Sc. in Mechanical Eng./EEE  (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET)

• Age At most 30 years

• Basic knowledge of industrial sewing machines and garment production machinery·

• Good knowledge of MS Office Package.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in developing a career in RMG Maintenance Department in the Garments/Textile Industry.

GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Management Trainee (Sewing Machine Maintenance)" under RMG Maintenance Department for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial sewing machines.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in sewing machines.

• Assist in machine setup, adjustment, installation, and commissioning.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation.

• Maintain records of machine breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare parts.

• Coordinate with Production to ensure uninterrupted sewing operations.

• Follow machine safety procedures and workplace safety standards.

• Assist in maintaining proper inventory of machine spare parts and accessories.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management / Department Head.
