I. Requirements for Appointment:     

• Bachelor's and higher degrees in computer / network / communications related fields; At least 2 years’ experience in IDC or IT infrastructure operation and maintenance·     

• Familiar with Linux system O & M and Shell script, able to independently complete system deployment and troubleshooting·     

• Familiar with TCP / IP, routing and switching principles, with operating experience of mainstream brands (Cisco / Huawei / Huasan) equipment·     

• Familiarize yourself with local air houses / operator cooperation processes in Germany·     

• English can be used as a working language, independently connects overseas suppliers and operators, and understands Degree and Credit

(1) Server and Hardware Operations

·      Be responsible for stocking, wiring, initial deployment and system installation (Linux / Windows) of servers in the IDC room in Riyadh

·      Handle hardware failures (CPU / memory / disk / RAID / power supply), perform spare parts replacement and RMA process

·      Develop and execute hardware inspection plans, output inspection reports, and ensure that equipment availability is up to standard

(2) Network operation

·      Responsible for the configuration, changes and daily maintenance of computer room network equipment (switches / routers / firewalls)

·      Participate in network architecture optimization, handling BGP / OSPF, VLAN, negative balance, etc.

·      Monitor network quality (packet loss / delay / bandwidth) and work with operators and upstream (e.g. DE-CIX) to troubleshoot line issues

(3) Asset Management

·      Establish and maintain IT Asset Ledger (CMDB), covering the whole life cycle of equipment: purchase acceptance → storage → receipt → maintenance → decommissioning

·      Accounting for assets (quarterly / yearly), label management and asset status tracking to ensure consistent accounts

·      Manage spare parts and consumables stocks, establish safe stock levels and regularly replenish them
