Retired Engineer from any Sugar Mill under Bangladesh Sugar and Food Industries Corporation with a proven track record of past performance or working in any Bangladeshi Sugar refinery industry as Chief Engineer position or in equivalent position. Skills Required: Mechanical, Operation Should have sound Knowledge in Auto CAD Drawing. Educational Requirements: Master of Science (M. Sc/ B.Sc)  in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Mechanical, Project Management/ Co-ordinator /Plant operation and maintenance

The Applicant should be conversant in formulation/preparation of Sugar Refinery.

Plant and design new manufacturing processes idea.

Design and implement cost- effective devise modifications to improve reliability, safety and throughput.

Develop, test and evaluate theoretical designs and implements.

Should be able to understand the broad parameter in a project proposal.

Discuss and solve intricate problems with sub-contractors, manufacturing departments, customers and suppliers of Plant.

Ensure that a product is made once again unfailingly and is performing consistently in particular operating environments.

Manage projects with the help of engineering techniques and principles.

Work with some other professionals outside and within the engineering specialization.

To make site visit (or visit to identify a suitable site) for a particular type of industry.

To make comparison of the main parameter of a new project with the similar data of the existing units.

Should be a self started/motivator, capable of creating new project ideas/concepts for industrial development.

Should have experience in project implementation.

Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
