Responsibilities & Context:
To supervise the sugar manufacturing work in shift.
To ensure production criterion at all points and maintaining liaison with shift engineer for run the shift smoothly.
To supervise the proper recording of log book and different resister, finished sugar bag counting & weighment.
To assist the departmental head in any matter related with chemical department.
To look after the operation of water clarifier, D.M. Plant and ETP in shift.
To maintain the liaison with laboratory time to time in analytical works for better performance in process and achieve good quality of sugar.
