• B.Sc. in EEE (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET)

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, industrial machinery, and maintenance.

• Good knowledge of MS Office Package.·  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in developing a career in Utility & Maintenance Department in the Garments/Textile Industry.

GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Management Trainee (Electrical)" under Utility & Maintenance Department for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in electrical equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Monitor electrical systems, power consumption, and equipment performance.

• Assist in handling electrical breakdowns and minimizing machine downtime.

• Ensure electrical safety and support compliance with company requirements.

• Maintain maintenance records and reports.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance support.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management/Department Head.
