Education:

• B.Sc. in EEE (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET)

• Age At most 30 years

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, industrial machinery, and RMG sewing machines.

• Good knowledge of MS Office Package.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in developing a career in RMG Maintenance Department in the Garments/Textile Industry.

GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Management Trainee (Electrical)" under RMG Maintenance Department for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and sewing machines.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime.

• Assist in identifying and resolving electrical faults in production machinery.

• Monitor the condition and performance of electrical equipment and machines.

• Support installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning of new machines.

• Maintain records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, and spare parts.

• Ensure electrical safety and follow workplace safety procedures.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure smooth machine operation.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management/Department Head.
