Experience:

• 12 to 24 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• Must have valid RAJUK enlistment.

• Must hold active IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) membership.

• 12 to 24 years

• Age 30 to 60 years

• Post-graduate degree or higher degrees in a relevant field will be considered an added value.

• Must have valid RAJUK enlistment.

• Must hold active IEB (Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) membership.

• Strong technical background in HVAC, mechanical infrastructure, and energy efficiency.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills for interdisciplinary project execution.

1. Design HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, smoke control, lift, escalator, and other mechanical building systems according to project requirements and applicable standards.

2. Develop concept, preliminary, and detailed mechanical designs for building and infrastructure projects.

3. Perform cooling and heating load calculations and select appropriate HVAC equipment, lifts, and escalators.

4. Prepare mechanical layouts, ductwork and piping drawings, equipment schedules, schematics, and installation details.

5. Prepare technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation.

6. Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.

7. Ensure compliance with applicable mechanical codes, energy efficiency requirements, environmental regulations, and authority specifications.

8. Evaluate alternative mechanical systems and undertake value engineering to optimize system performance, energy efficiency, and life-cycle costs.

9. Support the preparation of tender documents and provide technical clarifications during the procurement process.

10. Review and incorporate authority comments into the final design deliverables.

11. Ensure all mechanical design deliverables meet project quality standards and are completed within the agreed project schedule.
