Education:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Eng. (BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET)

• Age At most 30 years

• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, utility systems, and maintenance

• Good knowledge of MS Office Package.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong interest in developing a career in Utility & Maintenance Department in the Garments/Textile Industry.

GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Management Trainee (Mechanical)" under Utility & Maintenance Department for Factory Unit, located in Sardaganj, Kashimpur, Gzipur.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Assist in maintaining boilers, compressors, pumps, generators, HVAC, and other utility equipment.

• Support breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential mechanical problems.

• Assist in maintaining maintenance records, reports, and spare parts requirements.

• Ensure proper safety practices during maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance support.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management / Department Head.
