Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Member of IAB ( Institute of Architects Bangladesh)

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Develop architectural and interior design concepts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and space planning based on client needs and budgets.

• Drafting & 3D Modeling: Prepare 2D working drawings and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD, alongside 3D models and renderings via software like SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max.

• Regulatory Approvals: Prepare authority approval drawings and compliance sheets (such as RAJUK, Cantonment Board rules and FAR analysis in Bangladesh).

• Coordination: Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing (MEP) engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integration.

• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and verify that actual building execution matches the approved architectural drawings.

• Client Management: Present design proposals, handle client feedback, and prepare material specifications or BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

• Prepare necessary Graphic content for presentation or project related branding.Also in some cases guide third party regarding graphics and publications.

• Collaborate and report to Principal Architect regarding all design related jobs.
