• Site Mobility: Willingness to travel to different site locations within or outside the city as required by project demands.

• On-Site Problem Solving: Ability to handle unexpected site technical issues and make quick, practical decisions.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to safety standards, personal protective equipment (PPE) rules, and high-quality workmanship on site.

• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Capability to coordinate directly with local vendors, labor contractors, and specialized technicians.

• Vendor & Client Handling: Strong interpersonal skills to manage site-level queries from clients or local authorities.

About the Role

Simec Engineers Ltd. is looking for a proactive, detailed-oriented Site Engineer to join our Design & Development Department. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day interior and civil project execution, manage site activities, track project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily interior and civil site activities, manage manpower, and oversee electrical and plumbing execution.

• Project Planning & Timeline: Monitor and maintain work plans for assigned engineering projects to ensure timely completion.

• Documentation & Commercials: Prepare Comparative Statements (CS), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Material Requisitions, and Client/Vendor Bills while maintaining organized project documentation.

• Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track daily project progress and submit regular updates to reporting managers and stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Cooperate and communicate effectively with reporting authorities, clients, sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders.

• Management Directives: Perform any other duties or site-related tasks as assigned by the management or department head.
