• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in lighting, electrical, automation, MEP, construction or project execution.

• Experience in lighting installation, project coordination, site supervision or automation/control systems will be highly valued.

• Ability to work under project deadlines and travel to project sites when required.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, professional attitude and willingness to learn.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

• AutoCAD: Strong practical knowledge of 2D drafting, lighting layouts, electrical/installation drawings and technical documentation.

• MS Office: Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reports, BOQ, schedules and presentations.

• Automation: Practical understanding of lighting automation, control systems, sensors, dimming/control concepts and troubleshooting.

• Lighting: Good understanding of indoor, outdoor, architectural and commercial lighting products, installation methods and basic lighting calculations.

• Project Execution: Strong ability to plan, coordinate, supervise and close project activities within schedule and quality requirements.

• Site & Installation: Ability to read drawings, coordinate installation teams, check workmanship and resolve site-level technical problems.

• Communication: Strong coordination, reporting, client communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Xenon Lighting is a lighting-solution-based company delivering professional lighting design, project execution, automation and installation services. We are looking for technically strong, responsible and field-oriented professionals who can coordinate projects from planning through installation, testing and handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and execute lighting projects from site survey and planning through installation, testing and handover.

• Prepare and review technical drawings, lighting layouts, shop drawings and as-built documentation using AutoCAD.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Supervise installation works, manpower, materials, tools and site activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Understand lighting fixtures, drivers, control systems, wiring, power requirements and installation methods.

• Support lighting automation and control-system implementation, basic configuration, testing and troubleshooting.

• Prepare project documents, reports, schedules, BOQs, material requirements and progress updates using MS Office.

• Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues and coordinate practical solutions.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, snag correction and final project handover
