Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Escalator/Elevator/Lift

• Master of Science (MSc)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• BSc in EEE/IPE/ME from any reputed University.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Escalator/Elevator/Lift

• Age At least 25 years

• Candidates having experience in lift/elevator industry will get preference.

• Strong experience in manufacturing is essential.

• Additional certification in Production Planning, Supply Chain or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.

• Assist in the development, implementation, analysis and coordination of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

• Release raw materials order based on material requirements planning (MRP) & Economic Order Quantity (EOQ).

• PR, PO, LC status checking of released raw materials order.

• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials.

• Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns & report to operations head.

• Ensuring minimum stock levels of every RM.

• Monitor & manage inventory levels to meet minimum inventory holding days.

• Find out slow & non-moving items & try to minimize those stock.

• Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) to manage raw material order, inventory accuracy.

• Create regular statistical reports and update to others stakeholders.
