Strong Architectural Design and Planning skills.

Excellent 3D Modeling and Architectural Visualization skills.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona, D5 Render, Photoshop, or equivalent software.

Strong understanding of architectural composition, materials, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and interior/exterior detailing.

Ability to produce photorealistic architectural renders with strong attention to detail.

Good understanding of Bangladesh building regulations and architectural standards will be an advantage.

Strong presentation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Portfolio of architectural design and 3D visualization work is required.

Develop innovative and functional architectural designs from concept stage through detailed design and presentation.

Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and architectural details.

Produce high-quality 3D architectural models, interior/exterior visualizations, photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation images.

Translate architectural concepts and 2D drawings into accurate and visually compelling 3D models and realistic environments.

Demonstrate strong skills in architectural design, 3D visualization, materials, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and interior detailing.

Prepare professional design presentations, mood boards, material boards, diagrams, and client presentation materials.

Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants where required.

Review drawings and 3D models to ensure design accuracy, dimensions, proportions, materials, and overall visual quality.

Participate in client meetings and incorporate design feedback into revised drawings, 3D models, and presentations.

Conduct site visits and develop designs based on site conditions, measurements, regulations, and project requirements.

Research contemporary architectural trends, materials, façade systems, interior finishes, and visualization techniques.

Assist in preparing BOQ, specifications, construction documentation, and tender drawings when required.

Maintain organized project files, drawings, 3D models, textures, materials, and presentation documents.

Work efficiently within project deadlines and manage multiple design and visualization assignments simultaneously.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization, rendering, AI visualization, BIM, and architectural design software and technologies.
