🧾 Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Design & Drawing: Assist in conceptual and detailed architectural design. Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.

2.⁠ ⁠Documentation: Support the development of reports, BOQs, and construction documentation.

3.⁠ ⁠Web & Social Media Content: Update and maintain the company’s digital platforms with posts about ongoing and completed projects.

4.⁠ ⁠Site Supervision: Conduct routine site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings/specifications.

5.⁠ ⁠Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on deliverables and project communications.

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Adobe Photoshop

Microsoft Word

(Additional skills like Lumion, Revit, or Illustrator will be considered a plus)
