Position: Project Engineer/Project Manager
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

🎓 Education : BSc in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
🕒 Experience : 3–5 years in Interior / Architecture / Furniture / Partition / False Ceiling works
🛠️ Skills & Technical Knowledge:
• AutoCAD (2D drawings), BOQ & Bill preparation
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong site supervision & team handling
• Good communication, reporting & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Material Knowledge Required:
• Boards: Gypsum, MDF, HDF, Particle, Veneer, Laminated
• Sheets: Acrylic,HPL, PVC, ACP, Glass, Steel
• Paints & Coatings: Plastic, Enamel, Texture, PU, Lacquer, Primers
• Interior Materials: Tiles, marble & stone, hardware & fittings, false ceiling, electrical & lighting, carpentry materials, adhesives & sealants
📋 Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily interior site works
• Execute work as per drawings, BOQ & specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, workers & project team
• Ensure quality, safety compliance & site discipline
• Prepare site reports, measurements & progress updates
• Solve site issues and ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate with MEP (Electrical & Lighting)

• Strong knowledge of interior works
• Able to work under pressure
• Punctual, honest & responsible
• Willing to visit multiple project locations
