Additional Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP / Fire Protection Engineering.
Minimum 8 years engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years Project Management experience.
Minimum 3 years Saudi Arabia project experience preferred/required.
Strong experience in MEP and Fire Fighting Systems.
Experience in Fire Pump, Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant, Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or ability to obtain it.
Fluent Chinas & English communication.
Strong experience in construction, project scheduling, cost management, procurement, subcontracting, QA/QC, HSE, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to communicate with Client / Consultant / PMC / Contractor / Subcontractors.
Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project / AutoCAD / MS Office.

Baolee Overseas Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong Mechanical / Electrical / MEP / Fire Protection Engineering. background and be fluent in Chinese & English. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of a construction project, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP and Fire Fighting works from mobilization through testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Review and coordinate shop drawings, design drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical specifications.
Develop and monitor project schedules, work programs, manpower plans, and material requirements to ensure timely completion.
Manage HVAC, electrical, firefighting, fire alarm, and related MEP systems.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
Manage procurement, material approvals, suppliers, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor project costs, variations, budgets, productivity, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, including inspections, material testing, installation inspections, and preparation of inspection requests.
Coordinate and oversee Testing & Commissioning of MEP and fire protection systems and ensure proper documentation and handover.
Ensure all works comply with applicable international/local codes, standards, authority requirements, and client specifications.
Implement and monitor HSE requirements, including risk assessments, toolbox meetings, permits, and safe work practices.
Conduct regular site meetings, progress meetings, coordination meetings, and subcontractor meetings.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, technical reports, and project documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, suppliers, subcontractors, and project management teams to resolve technical and commercial issues.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage snagging, de-snagging, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, training, and final handover.
Lead the project team to achieve time, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction objectives.
