1. Supervise all rigging and lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.

2. Lead and coordinate Rigger I personnel, crane operators, and lifting crews.

3. Verify lifting plans, load calculations, and proper selection of lifting equipment.

4. Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, hooks, and other rigging gear before use.

5. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work procedures, and client safety standards.

6. Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and monitor daily lifting operations.

7. Report work progress, equipment status, and coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams.
