• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Group of Companies

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of 3D design/rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar.

• Good knowledge of architectural design and construction practices.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

1. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, and 3D designs.

2. Develop design concepts according to project requirements.

3. Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and relevant design software.

4. Coordinate with Civil Engineers, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.

5. Conduct site visits and monitor project implementation.

6. Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and design specifications.

7. Review materials, finishes, and design details.

8. Prepare project-related documents, estimates, and reports.

9. Perform other duties assigned by management.
