Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 25 to 30 years

• BBA or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering will receive preference.

• Age not more then 30 years.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh as per company requirements.

• Participate in structured training and departmental rotation across various business units.

• Gain practical knowledge of Retail Showroom Operations, Warehouse, Factory, and Head Office activities.

• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and operational efficiency.

• Assist in merchandising, stock management, and supply chain coordination.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Analyze operational issues and recommend effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Support management in executing strategic business initiatives.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
