• Age At least 28 years

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp.

• Working knowledge of 3ds Max.

• Strong understanding of architectural working details and drafting.

• Good knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.

• Ability to understand architectural designs and execute revisions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate with the design team.

Rifat Haidar Building Consultant (RHBC) is looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman to support our architectural design team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural working drawings, details and construction documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural working drawings and detailed drawings.

• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and architectural details.

• Convert architectural concepts and designs into accurate technical drawings.

• Prepare construction and execution drawings.

• Make drawing revisions according to architect instructions and project requirements.

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings with proper dimensions and annotations.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and other engineering requirements.

• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency and proper documentation.

• Assist architects in preparing project drawings and presentation materials when required.
