Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in manufacturing engineering may also be considered for suitable positions.

Candidates with B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with relevant industrial experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates who completed a Diploma and are currently pursuing a B.Sc. degree may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day engineering and technical operations of the bicycle manufacturing plant.

• Monitor, operate and maintain mechanical and electrical machinery, equipment and production systems.

• Identify technical problems and support timely troubleshooting and corrective actions.

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

• Monitor machine performance, utility systems and production-related engineering requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain necessary engineering records, maintenance reports and technical documentation.

• Support installation, commissioning, modification and improvement of machinery and equipment.

• Participate in continuous improvement, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures and company policies.

• Work under the guidance of experienced engineering and technical leaders and continuously develop practical industrial skills.
