Responsibilities & Context:
❖Should have good knowledge about the export documentation.
❖ Maintain Export L/C, Sales Contract, and Export Documentation.
❖ Make e-mail correspondence with buyer, buying agent/freight forwarder/shipping line/C & F agent and concerned officials of the Factory.
❖ Prepare documents for bank negotiation as per terms and conditions and conditions of the export S/C & L/C.
❖ Able to handle all logistics activities related to GSP, COO, EPB REX etc.
❖ prepare GSP Costing.
❖ Preparing Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L Draft, EXP Form, Sales Contract, C&F Certificate, Product Costing, Certificate of Origin And other
❖ export documents.
