Responsibilities & Context:
Manage sea freight import and export bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements.
Handle air freight import and export bookings, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, HAWB, MAWB, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customers, and transport providers.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, billing information, and shipment records.
Follow up on vessel/flight schedules, space confirmations, documentation deadlines, and cargo deliveries.
Identify and resolve operational, documentation, and shipment-related issues efficiently.
