• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, facility, or building maintenance.

• Experience in manufacturing, commercial facilities, retail, or large-scale projects will be preferred.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues effectively.

• Must know how to repair generators, welding machines, electrical circuits, etc.

• Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and risk management to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ability to manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with team members.

• Competency in collaborating with others, including engineers, technicians, and management, to achieve project goals and solve problems.

We are looking for a competent and proactive Sr. Executive, Electrical and Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical, machinery, and facility maintenance activities. The role will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems, machinery, utilities, and facilities through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, project supervision, and effective contractor management.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical systems, machinery, utilities, and facilities.

• Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modification, and maintenance activities.

• Diagnose electrical and basic mechanical faults and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.

• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor generators, HVAC, IPS/UPS, lighting, and related systems.

• Inspect electrical panels, breakers, cables, earthing, protection systems, and connections to ensure safe operation.

• Perform electrical load calculations, capacity assessments, and power-distribution analysis for existing and new installations.

• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, and technical documents.

• Support installation, relocation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical equipment.

• Monitor electricity consumption, power factor, equipment performance, and energy efficiency and recommend improvement measures.

• Coordinate maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, fire-safety, water supply, and other facility systems.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance and facility works to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technicians and verify the quality of completed work.

• Review technical specifications, quotations, estimates, work scopes, and maintenance bills before submission for approval.

• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and monitor costs against approved budgets.

• Prepare maintenance plans, inspection reports, work orders, breakdown reports, equipment history, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, fire safety, environmental, and other applicable standards and company policies.

• Identify electrical and workplace hazards and implement appropriate corrective measures.

• Support emergency maintenance activities and minimize equipment and facility downtime.

• Provide technical guidance to technicians and verify the quality and output of assigned work.

• Perform other electrical, maintenance, and facility-related duties assigned by management.
