Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Motors is hiring a Sr./Service Engineer for its Renewable Energy business who will lead field customer service operations, strengthen the nationwide service network, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role will focus on service team development, field support, electrician and sales network expansion, product improvement, inventory and logistics management, and process automation to support sustainable business growth.

Major responsibilities are:

1. Manage Renewable Service Team for Field Customer Service.

2. Train Service Team on Product Details and Quality Service.

4. Organize and Plan Service Promotional Activities.

5. Conduct Field Visits for Market Data Analysis.

6. Develop Products Based on Field Requirements.

7. Communication with principle for warranty claims and submit product feedback.

8. Create Local Electrician Network for Third-Party Service Support.

9. Build Local Sales Network for Additional Sales Generation.

10. Expand Online Sales Network for Business Growth.

11. Inventory management, LC Process, Product Pricing, Process Automation & Innovation Implementation.

12. Ensuring logistic supports (bike, tools, SIM) to service team.

13. Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.

14. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.
