Job Context

We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and results-oriented Project Manager to manage and supervise construction projects within our Construction Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, site supervision, contractor coordination, quality control, cost monitoring, and timely completion of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor construction projects from initiation to final handover.

• Manage day-to-day project execution and site operations.

• Ensure construction work complies with approved architectural, structural, MEP drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Review drawings and identify technical or coordination issues.

• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity measurements, cost estimates, rate analysis, and contractor bills.

• Monitor project budget, construction costs, material consumption, manpower, and equipment utilization.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.

• Supervise contractors, engineers, supervisors, and site manpower.

• Ensure required quality, workmanship, health, and safety standards are maintained.

• Conduct regular site inspections and project coordination meetings.

• Manage finishing, snagging, testing, completion, and handover activities.

• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Prepare regular project progress and status reports for Management.

• Must have experience about RSC.
