Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking hardworking, energetic and technically sound professionals with a background in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Marketing or in Electrical, Electronics and Laboratory Equipment Engineering to join our team in Marketing and Engineering roles, as per the job responsibilities mentioned below.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide technical and product-related support for pharmaceutical and chemical products, including sourcing, specification review, and quality assessment and vendor coordination.

• Promote and market pharmaceutical materials, laboratory equipment and related products to clients, industries and institutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, product datasheets, Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for client and regulatory requirements.

• Visit factories, laboratories and client sites to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

• Coordinate with the Import & Export team for procurement and timely delivery of chemical and pharmaceutical products.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., DGDA, BSTI) for product registration, licensing and compliance documentation as required.

• Handle client queries, price negotiation, order processing and after-sales technical support.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new product opportunities in the pharmaceutical and chemical sector.

• Assist in quality control, storage and handling of chemical products in line with safety and regulatory standards.

• Prepare periodic sales, market visit and stock reports for Management.

• Install, commission, calibrate and demonstrate laboratory equipment and instruments (e.g., analytical balances, spectrophotometers, pH meters, centrifuges, autoclaves, ovens, incubators, water baths) at client sites.

• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment, and carry out preventive maintenance, including replacement of parts and spares.

• Provide after-sales engineering service, warranty and annual maintenance contract (AMC) support, and train client laboratory staff on correct operation and basic maintenance.

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the Marketing team, including equipment selection, specification review and installation requirement guidance for clients.

• Prepare service reports, calibration records and spare parts requirements, and coordinate with principals/suppliers for spares and technical support.

• Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
