• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Age At least 30 years

• Ability to read drawing, electrical & mechanical diagram, electrical system, error codes, elevator installation and testing-commissioning, troubleshooting

• Strong understanding of construction methods & systems

• Elevator Installation, testing & commissioning

• Hands-on exposure to site or project coordination is a big plus

• Clear verbal communication (meetings, coordination calls)

• Strong written skills (emails, reports, notes)

• Ability to translate complex technical language into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders

• Coordination & Stakeholder Management

1. Pre-Installation: Study product specifications, ensure shaft/site readiness, and arrange required materials, manpower, tools, and teams.

2. Installation: Execute installation according to approved electrical, civil, and mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

3. Team Supervision: Lead, supervise, and coordinate installation teams while ensuring proper execution and quality standards.

4. Testing & Commissioning: Lead testing and commissioning, ensuring proper wiring, functionality, and system performance.

5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues and perform maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs.

6. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company safety procedures and applicable local and national safety standards.

7. Collaboration & Handover: Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, and technical teams and ensure proper documentation and timely handover.

8. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
