• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Training Institutes, Travel Agency, Real Estate, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Steel, Fuel/Petroleum

• Age 25 to 45 years

1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

2. Fabricate pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, and other heavy industrial equipment.

3. Perform accurate marking, measuring, cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, and shaping of steel plates and components.

4. Fit and assemble pressure vessel and boiler components according to approved drawings and dimensional requirements.

5. Carry out plate alignment, shell rolling, nozzle fitting, flange installation, and structural assembly.

6. Prepare components and joints for welding and work closely with certified welders during fabrication.

7. Use oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, grinding, and other fabrication tools and equipment safely.

8. Check dimensions, tolerances, alignment, roundness, and fit-up before and during fabrication.

9. Assist with hydrostatic pressure testing, leak testing, visual inspection, and other quality-control activities.

10. Identify and rectify fabrication defects, dimensional issues, and alignment problems.

11. Follow approved welding, fabrication, quality-control, and inspection procedures.

12. Maintain proper documentation and report fabrication progress or technical issues to supervisors.

13. Follow workplace health and safety requirements, PPE standards, and applicable European/Italian industrial safety regulations.

14. Coordinate with welders, fitters, QC inspectors, engineers, and supervisors to complete fabrication work within project schedules.
