Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep track of all materials, parts, and equipment used in lift operations.
∎ Ensure that stock levels are maintained and reorder supplies when necessary.
∎ Receive materials and equipment, inspect them for quality and accuracy, and ensure they are properly stored.
∎ Maintain detailed records of inventory, including quantities, stock levels, and usage. Use inventory management software to track and update data.
∎ Provide necessary materials and parts to technicians and engineers as required for lift installation and maintenance.
∎ Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure parts and materials. Ensure timely delivery of required items.
∎ Organize and maintain the store or warehouse in a clean and orderly manner. Implement safety protocols for storage and handling.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on stock status, consumption, and any discrepancies or issues to Head of Business.
∎ Monitor and control inventory costs by optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste or overstock.
∎ Ensure that all inventory practices comply with company policies and regulations, including safety standards.
