Responsibilities & Context:

• Support the Data Analytic experts in collecting and understanding customer requirements, and help translate business needs into data analysis and automation solutions.

• Participate in the design and development of data analysis tools, dashboards, reports, and automation scripts.

• Perform basic data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or RPA.

• Develop or support solutions, such as network KPI reports, dashboards, automated data processing, and email notification scripts.

• Assist with testing, deployment, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of developed tools to ensure stable operation.

• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to improve development and data analysis efficiency.
