Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead regional sales operations and achieve revenue, volume, distribution, and market-share targets.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market opportunities.

• Manage and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and Point of Sale (POS) networks.

• Identify new retailers and customers and drive product purchase and market penetration.

• Ensure product availability, stock management, channel expansion, and sell-out performance.

• Execute consumer engagement, activation, promotional, and market development activities.

• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key business partners.

• Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

• Identify business gaps and implement effective action plans.
