• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university, preferably from a public university.

• Experience: At least 04 years of architectural experience in residential/apartment projects. Real estate sector experience is mandatory.

• General Requirements: Candidates from public universities are preferable. Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills are expected.

Department / Unit Business Development – Planning & Design Department – Apartment Unit

Job Purpose / Main Responsibility

To lead and coordinate architectural planning and design activities for apartment projects, ensuring quality, functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate architectural concepts, plans and design proposals for apartment projects.

• Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with applicable rules, standards and approved plans.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, construction and other project teams.

• Review drawings and provide necessary design solutions and modifications.

• Coordinate with consultants, authorities and other stakeholders as required.
