Department / Unit Business Development – Marketing Department – Apartment Unit

Job Purpose / Main Responsibility

To plan and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen the brand, generate quality leads and support apartment sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing plans for apartment projects and corporate branding.

• Manage social media, search, display and other digital campaigns.

• Generate, monitor and optimize leads through digital channels.

• Coordinate content, creative materials, campaign calendars and online promotions.

• Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement and digital marketing data and report to Management.
