Department / Unit Business Development – Apartment Unit

Job Purpose / Main Responsibility

To develop new business opportunities, drive apartment sales and achieve business targets through effective client management and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve apartment sales targets.

• Identify potential clients, new market opportunities and business leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers and other business partners.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and other relevant departments for smooth business execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to Management.
