• Experience: At least 03 years of experience in plot/land registration, documentation or real estate operations. Real estate sector experience is mandatory.

• General Requirements: Candidates from public universities are preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills are expected.

Department / Unit Business Development – Registration – Plot Sales, Land Unit

Job Purpose / Main Responsibility

To handle plot sale documentation and registration activities and ensure timely completion of customer-related land registration processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify plot sale, registration, transfer and related documentation.

• Coordinate with customers, lawyers, registration offices and relevant authorities.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures and applicable rules.

• Maintain accurate records of plot sales and registration activities.

• Provide effective customer support and coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts and other departments.
