• Candidates with strong experience in apartment/building 3D modeling and architectural animation will be preferred.

The Role:

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and self-motivated 3D Visualizer & Architectural 3D Artist to join our professional team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating complete 3D architectural models of apartment projects, interior and exterior visualizations, photorealistic renders, and 3D walkthrough animations. Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate 3D models of apartments, buildings, interiors, and exteriors based on architectural drawings, floor plans, sketches, and design concepts.

• Develop complete apartment 3D models, including architectural elements, furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.

• Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs

• Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to achieve life-like visuals

• Produce fast renders without compromising on quality, meeting urgent deadlines

• Work closely with Architects/designers, project managers, and management to understand design concepts

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery

• Prioritize urgent project renders as directed by management

• Create 3D walkthrough animations for major projects when required

• Prepare presentation boards and visual content for client meetings

• Ensure visual outputs are compatible with various presentation tools

• Ensure all 3D visuals are delivered with high detail, correct scale, and realistic finishes

• Use industry-standard software
