Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's in any field from any recognized university / reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers via phone.
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction, providing appropriate solution and alternatives within the stipulated time and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
∎ Typing speed (Both Bangla and English) should be fast and sound.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 29 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, Target Oriented.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support through Phone.
