Education:

- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from BUET.
Requirements:

Skills Required: AutoCAD,Revit Architecture,SketchUp
Additional Requirements:
- 1+ year of practical experience at reputed firms (e.g., Rankon, BTI, Sanmer, Equity, Assists, and Edison)
- Must be a member of IAB & IEB
- Strong understanding of CDA and RAJUK regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and time-management skills.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
You will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects across residential and commercial sectors.
Key duties include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing architectural plans according to CDA & RAJUK rules
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients during all project phases
- Preparing project documentation and supervising quality and regulatory compliance
- Ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget and timeline
