Experience:

• At least 2 years

Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• At least 2 years

• Age 26 to 40 years

• Sound knowledge of industrial production processes and plant operations.

• Familiarity with LPG handling, storage, loading/unloading operations, and safety practices will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient plant performance while achieving production targets.

• Coordinate and lead production manpower to maintain operational continuity, productivity, and process discipline.

• Ensure all finished products meet required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and minimize operational losses.

• Ensure the timely availability and proper utilization of raw materials, consumables, and other production resources.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, operational records, logbooks, and other relevant documentation accurately and timely.

• Supervise LPG road tanker and vessel loading/unloading activities, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures, HSE standards, and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and facilities, identify potential operational issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
