Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and BOQ.
Read and interpret structural, architectural and civil drawings.
Check and maintain proper quality of construction works.
Measure completed works and prepare quantity measurement sheets.
Assist in preparation and verification of BOQ and estimates.
Monitor materials, manpower and equipment at the project site.
Coordinate with Project Engineer, consultants, contractors and site personnel.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
Identify technical issues at site and coordinate with the concerned engineer for solutions.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, brickwork, plastering, road and other civil works.
Maintain proper site records, measurement books and project documentation.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
