• Graduation in Civil Engineering from a reputed engineering university.

• Graduates from BUET, KUET, RUET, CUET or DUET will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.

• Good understanding of RCC Building, Bridge, Culvert and Road Construction Works.

• Ability to prepare and review BOQ, estimates and tender documents.

• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities.

• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Projects.

• Candidates with experience in PWD, RHD, EED or LGED projects will be preferred.

• Retired SD / Executive Engineer / experienced officials from PWD, RHD, EED or related government departments may also be considered based on relevant project experience and qualifications.

• Practical experience in RCC Building, Bridge, Culvert and Road Construction Projects will be an advantage.

• Experience in government construction projects or reputed Engineering/Contracting Firms will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise and monitor construction projects.

• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

• Review structural drawings, designs and technical specifications.

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and assist in budget control.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.

• Ensure quality control and compliance with approved specifications, drawings and applicable standards.

• Manage project resources, materials, equipment and manpower efficiently.

• Identify and resolve technical and engineering issues at project sites.

• Conduct regular site visits and supervise multiple project activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintain project records.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
