Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in planning, monitoring, and supervising daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets and quality standards.
Monitor manufacturing processes, including cylinder forming, welding, heat treatment, shot blasting, painting, and finishing, to ensure a smooth production flow.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, HSE requirements, and company policies within the production area.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to minimize production interruptions and ensure product conformity.
Analyze production performance, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
Monitor the utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and consumables to optimize productivity and reduce wastage.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation accurately and submit regular updates to management.
Participate in troubleshooting production-related issues and support the implementation of process improvements, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
