Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Building & Construction Materials

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Building & Construction Materials

• Age At least 24 years
• Only Female

• Review architectural and structural drawings and technical specifications

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

• Prepare and review technical and commercial documents, including technical submittals, work orders, contracts and related project documentation

• Prepare and verify client billing, measurement sheets and variation claims

• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, procurement and accounts departments

• Track project progress and prepare periodic progress and MIS reports

• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, correspondence and approval records

• Assist in material planning, vendor quotation comparison and subcontractor work order preparation

• Visit project sites occasionally as required
  Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel)

• Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis and construction measurement practices

• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus

• Strong documentation, communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
