Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings and approved method statements.

• Ensure all works comply with quality standards, safety regulations and project schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on-site.

• ⁠Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.

• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quality checks; prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).

• Monitor and report on work progress, labor deployment and material usage.

• ⁠Identify, report, and resolve site-related technical issues and discrepancies.

• Maintain proper site documentation, daily reports and as-built records.
  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• ⁠Education: B.Sc or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• ⁠Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in building construction projects.

• ⁠Preferred: Hands-on experience in airport construction projects will be given strong preference.

• Language: Very good spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Advantage: Previous working experience with Chinese, Korean or Japanese construction companies will be considered a strong added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• ⁠Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes and standards

• ⁠Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills

• ⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications

• ⁠Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards

Employment Period:

• 2+ Years (Renewable)

• 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Compensation & Benefits:

• ⁠Basic Monthly Salary: BDT 80,000 - BDT 1,00,000

• Overtime payment shall be calculated as per government policy.

• Salary Review: Salary increments will be provided as per company policy
