CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN at Sri Lanka

Location: Port City Colombo, Sri Lanka

Job Title: Construction Foreman / On-Site Field Supervisor

Category: Steel Fixer/Carpenter/Civil

Reports To: Site Engineer / Project manager

Contract Period: 2 Years

Requirements: Valid passport + No Criminal Record

Salary: BDT 50,000–60,000 + Overtime Allowance

Job Requirements:

• 15+ years of construction project experience

• At least 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role

• Depth understanding in construction drawing, work briefing to workers/labors, monitoring project works and finishing before the deadline

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or 3+ years of Vocational trade certification preferred

• Foreign country job experience preferred

• Fluent in English spoken and written

• Have experience in managing 50+ construction workers
