• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE/ME/IPE

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Achieve production targets as per sales demand while maintaining product quality, conducting quality checks of incoming materials, and following Lean 5S practices.

• Ensure compliance with all company and local health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe workplace.

• Utilize manpower, materials, and accessories efficiently to achieve cost-effective production and support budget goals.

• Prepare and implement production plans, monitor SQC data, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer service.

• Train, guide, and support engineers, supervisors, and operators to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing team.

• Coordinate with Administration, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Order Management, Industrial/Bulk Sales Technical Team, and Stores to achieve production, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives while complying with labor laws and consumer rights requirements.

• Collect and analyze SQC data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations based on findings.

• Oversee the daily inventory and reconciliation of LPG stock, production accessories, and cylinders.

• Ensure production activities are carried out in line with process safety requirements, SOPs, PTW, LOTO, and SSOW. Lead toolbox talks, participate in safety meetings and drills, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a zero-harm culture through timely reporting of incidents and observations.
