Responsibilities & Context:
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and production costs.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
